Return & Refund Policy
At HatGhori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we offer a “Check Before Payment” facility, our return process is highly transparent and customer-friendly.
1. Instant Return (At the time of delivery)
We encourage all our customers to open the parcel and check the watch in front of the delivery rider.
If you find any physical damage, wrong product, or color mismatch, you can immediately return it to the delivery man without paying the product price.
2. Return After Delivery (Within 3 Days) If you discover a manufacturing defect after the delivery man has left, you can still return the product within 3 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, warranty cards, and manuals intact.
Please note: Change of mind after accepting and using the product will not be considered for returns.

4. Refund Process
If you prepaid for your order and it is canceled or returned validly, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 3-5 business days.
