• All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price or goes out of stock. In such cases, if you have prepaid, a full refund will be issued.

4. Order Cancellation

• By Customer: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.

• By HatGhori: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete delivery addresses.

5. Delivery Policy

• We offer Home Delivery across Bangladesh.

• Standard delivery time is 1-3 days inside Dhaka and 2-5 days outside Dhaka. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, political strikes).
